I love the benefits of being a member. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The monitor mounted on the wall is exciting to watch.

The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and lets you look around without trying to redirect your attention. The store is set up nicely and is very clean. I also enjoy the extras offered at the store such as lectures and bird painting classes.

As a new bird lover I was extremely satisfied by the knowledge of the staff and their expertise of telling me how to attract a variety of birds to our backyard feeders. We live in a neighborhood with many squirrels so I was pointed to feeders that our not squirrel friendly.

1. Knowledgeable and friendly staff ready and willing to help with answers to questions. 2. The aray of product is great. 3. Answers to questions from my 13 year-old grandaughter to the 76 year-old me.

Very friendly staff The whole store itself has many beautiful and seasonal items I enjoy visiting the store, it feels as though I am out in the country, listening to all the birdsongs even though it's on the TV in the store 😃
