Owner & staff have always gone above & beyond when inquiring about a product or any birds information. Their knowledge has always steered us in the right directions. Been going to this particular Wild Birds store for a long time & have always enjoyed the conversations with them not only about birds!

I have been shopping there for years. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. If my feeder needs to be repaired they are always able to fix it on the spot. The owner's are very friendly and social. they even know you by name..

Staff is helpful re knowledge of products, "bird talk", and helping get purchases to your vehicle, if needed. Also knowledgeable about local birding classes and opportunities to learn. Very generous in promotions to reward customer's commitment to providing good food for our feathered friends (and squirrels too)!
