The customer service at the Grosse Pointe Woods store is top-notch! Every time I've shopped for my bird seed has been a really enjoyable experience. The Wild Bird's team is very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about the products and wildlife around our area. I know the product is more expensive than other stores, but I am willing to pay a little more due to the friendly and professional customer service.

I liked the critter food. The bird seed is really nice. And I don't have to got to PetSmart anymore. Plus you are very close to my house. Love the sour cherry patches, too.
