Too expensive.

It was a simple & average visit. Nothing remarkable with my purchase or with the check-out. If someone went the extra mile then it would be remarkable but it was just a normal purchase.

I just moved back to this area after being in Plymouth for the last 8 years. Even with my membership, I am paying about $1 a pound more for the same quality birdseed I was buying at a high quality pet store in Plymouth - and I didn't have to pay a membership there to get a better price. The store in Plymouth is significantly larger than Wild Birds, so I doubt that your rental/ownership costs are more than theirs. Please consider lowering your prices to make it easier on the consumer.

Feeders seem a bit pricey, but my discount on bird seed makes it a good deal, top quality on all products.

You were out of seed, yet I was not advised nor have received the “back order” as yet.

The suet that was recommended for the woodpeckers was eaten by the squirrels.

I did not notice any problems with my store visit but I did not observe carefully enough to given the store a higher rating. This is only the second time I shopped ther.

I bought No Mess Plus, rather than Supreme, even after trying it a year ago & seeing a decrease in bird population. The same thing happened, now. I have Grackles & small brown birds. No Purple Finches, Woodpeckers, Cardinals, Blue Jays, etc.
