Being new to Michigan, store staff was very helpful in recommending food and feeder for native birds. Bluebird houses were extremely expensive - we had to pass. Seed and tube feeder OK - we bought both. Nice store overall. We will be back.

I didn’t like the “hard sell” of the current special. I said that I was not interested and they kept pressuring me to purchase the cylinders to get the free feeder. I love the store but I often feel like I can’t just take my time and shop...people are always trying to “help” me.

This was Small Business Saturday. While the store was not overly crowded, it was very challenging to find an employee to ask questions. They were clearly helping others but perhaps there should have been more employees on site to assist those in the store. It took quite a while to be acknowledged and then even longer to have my question answered. This is NOT the typical interaction I have had at this store - usually, I am greeted right away and for the first time, I felt ignored and my presence wasn't appreciated. I will go back because I love the products and I am assuming this visit was an anomaly.

Don't know what the problem is with WBU and their promos, but this is the third store in my area that seemed to have a problem with the coupon mailer for Customer Appreciation Month. Really? "Customer Appreciation Month"? Did anyone notify the franchisees? Let me tell you guys something, I don't shop your stores for your convenience and it's not a privilege or an honor to be there. I typically spend $100+ per visit and if I hear one more stupid remark about not honoring a WBU coupon, from anyone, I will take my business elsewhere. My impression of WBU has declined significantly during this "customer appreciation" month and I honestly think your franchisees are more concerned with themselves than their customers. Didn't get my purchase recorded on my account either, thanks for nothing. Sure glad I paid $25 for that stupid membership. Happy Holidays.

Brought in a lifetime guaranteed broken dome for a bird feeder. None in stock to replace it. Said they would contact me. A week has gone by and have heard nothing.

I was completely satisfied with my visit. The store had exactly what I wanted. The sales person knew immediately where it was. The price was a dollar cheaper than the same item on Amazon.
