Friendly, knowledgeable staff, always eager to help. The manager and all the staff members are easy to talk to and ready to help with questions and backyard feeder planning. I've been shopping at this WBU store for 10+ years and will continue to do so. Besides everything else, I'm always happy after going there!

The sweet lady was very knowledgeable about the bird feeders and food I needed. She offered suggestions and left us alone to decide what we wanted. She was available but didn't hover
