The seed I wanted was in stock at Janesville, and the shipping was super fast. Wasn't expecting that! The birds haven't swarmed my feeders in the last couple days. You'd think they'd be starving in the dead of winter. Maybe they just haven't caught on that there's new food? The handwritten thank you note was very nice. :) The website was problematic. You should have a big bold notification that you cant shop for anything until you select a store first. And no ability to change stores? I don't like that, either.

Salesperson promptly came to help us and offer suggestions for what we were looking for.

I was greeted as I came in and explained that had a damaged bird feeder. She took my old feeder and found the replacement part it required. I purchased more seed and was on my way. Very pleasant and efficient.
