I’ve always liked/like the quality of the products & the Availability of them... when I’m in person the employees are very friendly & happy to help me find what I need for my area.... Bird Ppl are important

First called and talked to owner to make sure we could shop inside store. (AT least they answered the phone not like the Middleton location) Found what we needed. Questions were answered.

The staff there is always friendly and helpful. The store looks nice (clean, well-organized, attractive products). I've been shopping there for decades and intend to continue. I wish the seed prices were a bit lower but a membership, Bird Bucks, and periodic sales all help with that.
