The price for Nutrasaff is particularly high. I had been getting it at a local store for $24 a 20 lbs bag. The Green Bay WBU sells it for $7 less a bag.

I was at the the store a month or so ago. At checkout I was getting my rewards card out, when the clerk said they don’t use them anymore. I thought they said it is all taken care of in the system. So when I went in this time I thought the certain percentage off would be taken off automatically. To my surprise when getting home and looking at the receipt, and NO. Why isn’t the 20% OFF -One Regular-priced Item* not taken off? Why should I have to bring in the coupon since the clerk asked for my Name. Since I’m in the system, shouldn’t my coupon be there as well?

My order has not been delivered, no idea what the status, other than my card is charged. No way to check on my account through the on line account I have set up. My last order came in 2 days so I do wonder what happened this time.
