The staff was very knowledgeable and explained a couple of tricks to try to get my finches back in and told me they had pushed east due to forest fires.

I didn't know there was a physical store so close to me, I'm in Beloit. I've only known of folks ordering by mail. I was in the mall there for another reason so imagine my surprise to be able to shop in person! The dogs were a super huge bonus, by the way, so dang well behaved and adorable. They were also helpful in answering a few of my easier to answer yes or no questions that I had. The humans were quite nice to chat with as well! It was a weekday around the noon hour so it wasn't super busy, but it was a well stocked store, they were polite to me and to the callers on the telephone as well. I'll be back for more browsing as my finances allow for sure! And for the dogs. Can't beat a place that has dogs.

I called to find out the store was closing soon. I knew what I wanted (gift for family) and they stayed open till I arrived. Very helpful and accommodating! You don't find that service many places. I highly recommend Wild Birds- Janesville.
