The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions. The store is a wonderful place, beautiful and chock full of interesting items.

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, chatty, and helpful. I'm a bird nerd. . .I like to hang out there and look at all the stuff. Small and inviting but plenty of product. I get my bird bucks which helps alot, but I wish prices were a little lower. I'll continue to shop there to support small business, but some of the feeders are beyond my price range. Other than that, I love the store!

Have been going to the Lisle store for about a year and a half and have been very glad that I chose WBU. I was just starting out and they were able to give all the information I needed to get started up and now am up to being the neighborhood hotspot for birds and squirrels. Couldn’t ask for a better store to go to.
