As soon as I walked in the store I was greeted by one of the staff. I knew what I wanted so I grabbed my items and went to the counter. A second employee asked me if I still lived on Hatch street. I confirmed I did but realized I had not given him my name yet. I questioned how he remembered I lived on Hatch. He said I remembered your last name but wanted to confirm some other account details. I was amazed he remembered me since I only go to the store maybe once every 2-3 months and I don't always interact with that staff person. Just a simple (not that simple to me really) act of remembering my name made me feel special. The products are always good but the customer service is even better.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about birds. The seed is high quality. The service is excellent.

The store is well stocked and Brian has been exceptional since I started shopping there.
