I was pleasantly surprised that I got bird bucks which I didn't realize came with my membership. So getting $10 off my purchase was a nice surprise. I have an injured knee and am in a brace and I am walking with a cane. Even though I could have handled carrying the jug of thistle to my car the woman who took care of my purchase walked the jug out to my car. She was very pleasant and personable and helpful. I appreciated the kind gesture. I love the whole atmosphere of your store.

LOVE this store! Friendly & very knowledgeable staff. There's always availability for whatever we need, and I feel like I've learned something new about birds every time I leave the store. They are the best of the best.
