The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are patient about answering questions posed to them. The will carry out purchases to the car and load them in the back.

The service is always fast and friendly, very friendly. The staff is beyond knowledgeable, and always willing to answer my questions and help. I love the Woodpecker nutty treat mix. That is a great product, with an unbelievable assortment of nuts. The birds eat better than me!

Knowledgeable staff always makes shopping a great experience. The selection is vast and the set up of the store is neat and organized. Love the owner!! She’s always there and helpful! Fun to talk with the other bird enthusiasts there.

I was in and out of the store very quickly. Employee looked up what I purchased last time so purchase was faster.
