Have been using WB as my source for bird seed for several years. THe quality of the food is top notch and the staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable

We have been loyal customers for years... the staff and store stand behind ALL of their bird seed, and everything else they sell. We always know we are getting fresh seed. When they had a an over dried shipment of Niger Finch food, they exchanged it gladly for a fresh one, when we went in to question why our finches had disappeared from the feeders! True honest service. If you love Birds & wildlife, this is the only place we will buy what we need! Super friendly and knowledge based staff!!!!!!

As in the past, the owner, who waited on us, was attentive and helpful. She applied the coupon we brought with us, answered our questions, and loaded the car. She provided extra encouragement about feeding orioles we might see during their migration.

What a fabulous store!! It has everything I'd ever need and many that I'd never thought of. The store has such a great reputation- everyone knows about it and loves it. I find items that I'd never seen before - fun stuff and very practicle items also. Please don't change a thing!! Happy, knowledeable people aare such a pleasure! Please don't ever move!!
