Ondeen knows her stuff and gives me GREAT advice. She also lets me know when certain birds (Hummingbirds - Orioles etc) are coming and when to put out the feeders. She also gives me her knowledge other products that might be of interest to me.

We are just starting the feeding of birds and need a lot of information. The sales woman was not only knowledgeable but imparted the information in an easy to understand manner.
