Wonderful store with great customer service and quality products. The bird house, feeders and other items are beautifully displayed. I appreciate being able to purchase seed and pick it up later.

I ALWAYS look forward to visiting Wild Birds Unlimited in Lisle, IL. Brian, Endine, and the rest of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and interested in my needs and particular circumstances. The store is beautifully maintained and arranged, always with special seasonal and personal touches. THANK YOU for being a bright spot in any and every day that I stop in!

The primary reason we shop at the WBU in Lisle is Ondine Rinaldi. She is friendly, knowledgeable and exceedingly helpful. She delivered supplies to us during Covid so she knows our feeder setup. She always has good suggestions on what we can do to increase our bird population, and her recommendations of products to buy are always spot on. If it were not for Ondine, we would likely shop at a store closer to our home.

It’s a comfortable, friendly place. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, merchandise is high quality and the membership program good.

Products are high quality. People are great. It’s getting a bit expensive for me though, to feed birds and squirrels. I might have to occasionally go somewhere less expensive, even if the quality is less.
