The selection of products is second to none! But what truly makes the experience so special is the staff, in particular Andean. She is professional and extremely kind. Every time I visit I learn something new from her!

Always look forward to visiting this store. i just wish the store was closer to where I live. I have over 20 feeders in my backyard and have used this store as a main supplier of the seed which I use. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products and bird behavior.

I’d visited last fall on prelim research for bird feeding at my new home. Great info then and was given a hobby guide. Returned a couple weeks ago to get set up and Brian was an amazing help.I got everything I needed to get off to a good start. Products were easy to install and work with and birds have been flocking to me. Went back last week and Ondine helped me. Also a great experience and she helped me add an addition tray feeder to my system and got me up to speed on hummingbird and oriole feeders which I will add to my setups closer to spring. It’s great to have WBU Lisle so close to my home. It’s a great place that I really enjoy visiting. I feel my stress level drop as soon as I pull into the parking lot. Thanks!

The store employee was very polite and knew the products quite well. She helped me get what I needed and checkout was very timely too.

the staff is helpful and knowledgeable, the selection is good. My goal is to attract birds to my yard, and WBU helps me do that.
