Staff is helpful and friendly - we always manage some time for finding out how things are going. If I have questions, they can usually answer or will work to find out the answer, even if that means writing it down till the next time I come in. They are interested in birds, their products and the ecology of our area, which makes for interesting conversations and information about which choices to make when I am shopping. I continue to have great experiences at this store....thank you!

Ondine is the best!!! She is so knowledgeable about birds and everything related to them. She genuinely loves birds and is excited to share her enthusiasm. All the customers who come into the store seek her out for help.
