I needed to return a product that never worked, after having it for a few months. The return was processed without any issues and in a friendly, no-hassle, way.

Sooooo helpful & friendly. Great knowledge of not only the nesting house I wanted, but how to tell the difference between a chickadee & a somebody else nest, where to position it, etc.. Granted, things one can look up online, but so much nicer in person, in one place.

We have recently moved to the area from Indianapilis where we had a club membership and several feeders in our yard. We were feeling very sad about leaving our familiar Wild Birds Unlimited staff until they told us about your store only a few miles from our new home. Brian was very helpful when we came in and we now have a membership here!

I came to the store on a rainy day and walked right in,and I was waited on right away, the checkout was quick and easy and I was back on the road within ten minutes.
