Ondine is always so friendly and helpful, as are the rest of the staff. Unfortunately there has been delays in the thistle shipments, but she was very accommodating in figuring out ways to fill my order. This is a lovely store; always inspiring and informative/. Our feathered friends should be very happy they have such committed advocates!

My visit to the store was for some seed. As I receive a discounted price, I shop for seed whenever I need it. I don't have to wait for a sale to pick up seed or order seed for storage, etc. That's much more convenient. The owner and staff are always friendly and efficient. And I enjoy that they remember my name, etc.

Every one there keeps on educating on nature's birds! Their advise is so helpful. The staff is nice and friendly to. No matter how busy they always greet you with a smile.Best store in Lisle! Also they have great gifts .
