Clerk looked up our past purchases to confirm products we bought related to our problem. Clerk had great suggestion (buy bungee cord with rubber strap to secure steel container with seed).

Friendly, knowledgeable staff always willing and ready to offer help. I can't think of any other store - large or small - where a salesperson gave me such a comprehensive and entertaining look at a product - in this case a tube birdseed feeder. It was a delightful conversation we had. I will certainly be back for that feeder within the month.
