Professional staff, friendly atmosphere in store, quality of products carried in store, and the knowledge of bird's habits and feed preferences. Also, the store is visually pleasing for the shoppers. and the store is actually relaxing to be in.

Any time I shop, I chat with staff and enjoy learning new things about birding. They are all so knowledgeable, and we share a love of all things birds. If I could afford to purchase more there, I would, but products are a bit on the pricey side. That said, I splurge on new products multiple times a year, because of the superior inventory, and ease with which I can get problems solved. I also feel good supporting this local business.
