Love the store And staff

the staff is very friendly and helpful! I bought gifts for friends birthdays, and the staff asked if they were gifts and then offered to gift wrap them for me which was extremely helpful.. the bird seed is a little pricey, but I can definitely tell a difference in the quality and the amount of birds that show up at my feeders when I use Wild Birds seed. I just love this store, it just makes me feel happy when I shop there. :)

Everyone has a lot of knowledge about any bird or bird food question. Staff treats me like family.

All the staff very friendly, exceptionally knowledgeable and they know me when I walk in the store to shop. I like that! The staff always offers to carry out my purchases and will also make suggestions if I am having trouble making a decision on purchasing a product. I always walk out of the store excited with what I purchased to put in my yard and for the birds! I love to watch the different birds that show up in my yard because I have so much to offer them!

They are always so friendly , knowledgeable, helpful, wonderful people, that work there.

The store is always clean and orderly. The staff continues to give me information about food, feeders and other products to use in my yard. The staff is always cheerful, helpful with my questions and very polite in how they handle me and other customers.
