I had a 20% off coupon that I wanted to use for a bottom feeding suet feeder, and they were out of stock but the clerk was kind enough to order the feeder and let me use the coupon. I also bought 2 bags of seed which she brought out to my car and loaded it into the car. Very good customer service. Love this store!
