Because everyone who works there is amazing and so helpful. The products speak for themselves. Sometimes you just need assistance with your questions and everyone is so helpful.

THE STAFF WAS DELIGHTFUL -- I am a new bird feeder and had many unusual questions and everyone guided me wonderfully. I even bought the Joy of Birding, and am thoroughly enjoying going through that this week.

Ricarda was very helpful, pleasant & knowledgeable. I received great support selecting the different bird food options and feeders. I had a feeder repaired the same day and it is now in use at home. Great place to go to help care for our local birds in our yard here in Florissant Mo. Thank you- Denny

Was looking for an 8 hole hummingbird feeder but only had 6 hole feeders. Was told they are no longer available. The feeders are extremely high priced ($33 each) for a piece of plastic and metal Rod! Great customer service and friendliness!
