Love all the products in the store. I could browse in the store for an hour.

Due to road construction I was concerned that it would be difficult to get into the parking lot. It was very easy. I love walking around in the store and looking at all of the variety of bird related merchandise. I never thought about putting out nesting material. I got a $5 Certificate and will be back to buy a set up for nesting. I love the store!!!!!!

The employee was able to explain the different types of bird food (bagged) to me. Plus, what types of birds like the food. She, also, helped me with the water agitators and bird baths. I haven’t decided which bird bath to buy, yet. Very nice lady.

The young man who assisted me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I absolutely love your store. My husband and I have been shopping at WBU for well over 20 years but recently moved north from the Toledo area.

I was greeted promptly, and asked if I needed help. When I told them I knew what I needed but that I wanted to just look around, they reiterated that they'd be happy to help me, then they left me alone to browse without hovering over me. BTW I did end up buying something in addition to what I went in for. Pleasant shopping experience!
