Staff person was very knowledgeable and made good suggestions.

Mary was our Sales Person and she did a great job and made us feel we wanted to come back any time we need bird food etc.etc

I didn’t know what to purchase for a gift and being able to speak with someone that was very knowledgeable was so helpful! I was sold immediately on a membership and will definitely be back. Customer service is lacking today but not at Wild Birds Unlimited! Superb experience!

You had what we needed.

I mentioned that the nyger seed I was buying doesn't get eaten very fast. The salesperson recommended that I try a combination seed that I hadn't known was available. The birds seem to like it better!

Have been coming to this store for years. I have never been disappointed with the service or friendliness of the staff. The store is clean and inviting, and the staff are friendly and inviting and attentive to my needs. When I have had a problem with an item, they have always made it right. I will continue to come to this store.

Selection, staff

After the hummingbird talk, which my husband and I enjoyed very much, we purchased another hummingbird feeder and a few other things. Actually, we purchased two more feeders. We bought a window one also. I did know some things that were mentioned in the talk, but we did learn things we didn't know. It's nice to go to a store that can help you purchase items that can help you to enjoy these creatures in our backyard. We look forward to the hummingbirds every year and we do have flower beds with native plants for them and the butterflies. There's a plant that is an annual, Vermillionaire, that the hummingbirds just love. We add them into our flower beds. Some call it a cigar plant or hummingbirds lunch. I even found white ones for the first time at "Fruit of the Bloom" this year. They had nice plants. Looking forward to your talk on June 15th! Happy birding!
