Always able to find good quality seed. The employee convinced to finally take the plunge and join frequent buyer program. Glad she did! Love this store--could spend a great deal of time looking at all the products!

I had an issue with a platform feeder dome cover. The threads on the hook were stripped and no longer holding. After demonstrating the issue, the associate was able to resolve the problem by providing another set of hooks. Great customer service and love that WBU stands behind their products.

The new owner Tom (I think that is his name) was very friendly and helpful. Have shopped at WBU for over 20 years and have always been happy. Glad to see the kitties wanted to stay.
