I have shopping there for about a year and the staff are excellent.

Variety of products is phenomenal. If a product is made and available you guy's will carry it. The owners and employees are so friendly and so knowledgeable. I’ve never asked a question they couldn’t answer.

Friendliness of staff is superb..love their resident cats..so adorable !! They’re also very knowledgeable re any questions I may have. Store has so many interesting items as well!!

I had a peanut feeder that had a lifetime warranty but lately started to fall apart. This great store went above and beyond to try to help and remedy my problem. After ordering new parts and replacing just about everything, the feeder still failed. They decided to replace it with a brand new feeder made especially for them, a much better quality product at no charge to me. Above and beyond what they were required to do. Highly recommend for product and help.

Knowledge and friendly staff

The staff is very friendly. While I didn't have any questions, I could hear that they were being very helpful with other customers in answering their questions. The store is always well stocked and there's lots of information posted around so I know exactly what I'm buying and for what purpose.
