My online order was processed and ready for pickup on the same day. We arrived at the store the next day and found my order waiting right at the door. A store associate made sure we had what we needed before we left.

Very friendly staff, sweet cats at the store. Mechandise is high quality, and unique items not found elsewhere. Some items, such as stuffed audobon birds that sings and the birdopoly game were picked over right after Christmas, but that is understandable. Nice selection of feeders. Prices are a little high, so mostly shop for gifts and unique things. Greatly appreciate the free bird seed for my birthday.
