I came in knowing little about birds. They were so helpful!

I like dealing with the people in the store, each of them is very helpful and informative about the products the store carries. The atmosphere is always inviting and helpful. I will continue to purchase product from WBU as long as I am able and as long as the store is close to my home.

Everyone there is very friendly & helpful. I started there because of the "freshness" of the birdseed. (Finches are very finicky about that)! Having choices on amounts (bag sizes) is helpful.

We have shopped in this store many times and have always been satisfied. The items we were looking for were readily available. There was only 1 or 2 other people in the store while we there and we were able to check out quickly.

I prefer to buy locally and I’m ashamed that I went to a big box store before I discovered WBU. This was my second visit and I signed up for the membership because it makes great sense- especially since the staff educated me on the freshness and quality of your product and I being new to balcony birding, didn’t realize it’s not a seasonal hobby. I am impressed with this store and their knowledge and customer service! I bought a finch feeder and nyjer seed on 1st visit to add to my other reg bird feeder for my balcony, and within 24 hours the goldfinches found it and I’m delighted! Great company, product and wonderful owners!!!

I always learn something new about birds and the best way to care for them. I also love petting the cat Magpie.
