New check out system, but there has always been issues with the checkout system. Either charged wrong, or coupons not applied. It's a usual thing at this store, more than any other. I have learned to check my receipt carefully.

Safflower seed was not available. They had found smaller bags of another brand but it was very expensive.

The price point in the store is very expensive. I love the quality & selection, but do not have a lot of money to spend at this type of expense.

I often have issues with checkout. I have learned to look at my receipt every time as there is often an issue. Either a discount it not applied correctly or in this case the buy 4 get one free is not put on the receipt correctly. I'm a bit nervous everytime I check out.

I live a ways away from the store and expect to find the bird seed I need when I get there. I realize that it's not the fault of the store that they were out of Nijer, but that still presents a problem for me and the birds that I feed.
