It's a chore to pick up expensive bird seed, not necessarily a fun experience.

I have shopped at Wild Birds Unlimited exclusively for years. I probably spend in excess of $700/year. However, I have to say after my most recent visit I feel the seed prices are extremely high, even during your sale. I feel that some of the seed quality is not what it used to be. When I used to purchase the tree nutty/woodpecker blend the material was so clean it looked almost fit for human consumption. It appears to have a lot more stuff in it and has a much higher percentage of sunflower. I am not too price sensitive to things I want. But you may price yourself out of my business.

Requiring masks - its a mandate, not a law. I do applaud you for allowing those without masks in the store, but you should also state this on the door. Its a part of the mandate that there are those with exemptions.

Wanted cylinders as gifts for friend but had to buy exclusive WBU holders and I wasn't sure my friend would spend the money for expensive cylinder replacements. Also wanted a suet holder that wasn't a prop feeder or simple cage.

Person stayed behind counter until I approached her. Did not offer any assistance until I asked for it. Not normally the case at this store.

It's something that I have to do in order to feed the birds in my yard. Shopping for that purpose is not exciting.

I purchased a bell feeder. Have had to take it back for repair 3 times so far. Broke again. Would like to receive a full replacement or refund of money to buy a different style
