Staff always greet me by name and offer help carrying things out to the car. They are cheerful, friendly and always ready to answer questions or help!

Every time I go in there I am greeted by the staff done even know me by name. They are very helpful when I ask my questions whether it be about a bird, food or their feeders. I even asked about their books and they were very knowledgeable about all things I asked. Just feel like I’m amongst friends so when I walk through the door.
