Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, happy to engage in birding discussion. Made some recommendations around bird baths I will consider on my next stop. I only shop at WBU for birding goods.

I absolutely love Wild Birds Unlimited! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and the store is beautifully set up and has everything I need, particularly the choice seed, which my birds love!. I can't say enough about how great the store is and refer all my friends.

They had everything I was looking for, made good suggestions and were friendly and so willing to talk about any issue I might have re the birds. The store looked beautiful making me want to stay and look at everything. Mike is great to chat with.

Salesman was friendly, helpful very knowledgeable but not pushy. Did comparisons on items that we were interested in purchasing. He even offered to help carry out the bird seed, but we were ok doing it ourselves. We became members, but even with that, there was no pressure to join, it just made perfect sense.

Enjoyable experience. They didn't have the wind chime I was hoping to get in stock. Staff took my info and checked with supplier to see if they could get it for me.
