I have been going to this store for many years & am friends with the employees. They are all very knowledgeable about any questions I may have. The store has a wide variety of products to select from for any one who is interested in birds.

Everyone in the store is very friendly. I can always find what I am looking for. The main reason I shop here is because the staff is so knowledgable about feeding and caring for the wild birds. Also, the products are well-made and last for a longtime.

The one thing I have an issue with is special offers that are given through either mail or e mail. They are always for in store purchasing only. I always purchase online and would like to take advantage of them with online ordering.
