Only the prices have always been very high. It is a gift, so I don't mind spending a lot, but I have to go with the sheap stuff for myself. Love everything but the high prices.

There was some confusion with my purchase. I ended up not receiving the full discount (spent over $200 and only received the $20 discount, instead of the $40 discount) -so I needed to return to the store and the manager gave me the additional discount right away. Then once I went to hang the birdfeeder, realized that one of the pole pieces wasn't right -so had to return to the store again (with the entire purchase), where a different manager figured it out and was able to give me the correct pole.

Too far to visit often. No butter bark without calcium.

I needed 3 of the same feeder and only one was available and was told they didn't know when they would have more. Which I get with the logistic issues going on, but I was still disppointed

Difficult to obtain highest rating and bargain prices.

Haven't tried the main product I bought and it is a bit pricier for me, so the jury is still out.

Bird people are just nice people

I really wantd the seed with the chilli on it to discourage squirrels but you were out of stock

I really like the products etc, just too expensive for me to shop there on a regular basis, I go through a 40lb bag of black oil sunflower seed every two weeks. Your price is too high for me.

Store is a bit crowded for social distancing. Prices are a bit on the higher side for my budget. Took longer than expected to check out. Problem with how she rung me up???
