I experienced an extremely rude store associate. I was trying to purchase a Christmas gift and had a couple of questions about the merchandise. When I asked the questions she seemed extremely agitated, short, and rude with her responses. She even pretended she didn’t hear me at one point. I was spending over a hundred dollars and wanted the right gift along with being the only one in the store and she couldn’t give me the time of day. And when she did she was extremely rude!

I was disappointed because it never gave me a timeline on when I will receive my package. I ordered it online a week ago and I still have not received it. There are no details on when it will be delivered.

Wrong size cylinder of bird food to fit globe bird feeder even after I asked if it would fit. Annoying

Price for birdseed is much too high, especially on the smaller bags. I have a wide assortment of bird species coming to my feeder, and they seem quite satisfied with a less expensive brand of seed.

It has always been at the top of my shopping list for I'm a bird lover. I've been shopping there for many years now for their great selection of bird food. It is also a great boutique.
