Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Asked what type of birdbath is best for winter as mine had broken. Clerk spent time with me answering question completely and showing me different features. I'll be back in Spring to buy one from the Plaistow NH store.

I love this company, they have good quality bird seed, birdfeeders.

Mike is the best, he is always so helpful,as are the rest of the folks! They always have super fresh bird food.

Mike & Maryanne were terrific with taking the order, applying the appropriate discounts & delivering the bird seed & dried corn to my car & putting it in the trunk. As always, they inquired about my wife & me; we spoke at a distance about the Pandemic & being safe. They are wonderful !

Friendly service and quality product

The staff is very pleasant and knowledgable. The quality of merchandise is high. I can either browse and admire or run in for a quick purchase. Staff is always available. I often buy gifts for friends ( and end up keeping them!) There are frequently sales and promotions that are too good to pass up, especially with items I use regularly. Im so glad to have this store fairly close to home.

It's always interesting to go into the store and see all the "cool" items which are there for birds as well as the extras they carry. Everything is , in my opinion, of high quality.

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The store is clean and bright, well organized. Like the selection of items.
