The people in the store are always incredibly friendly and helpful. The items are great. I sometimes wish there was more merchandise more frequently but I always find something to catch my eye. The store is nicely decorated and the sounds of the birds is very relaxing and conducive to a pleasant experience every time I shop there.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable and can explain the pros and cons of the different products they have available. I have difficulty lifting the heavy birdseed bags and they always offer to take them out to my car for me. They are always helpful if I have a problem with one of my feeders that needs a repair.

The service was great as usual. The attendant very knowledgeable. The store was well arranged and was easy to navigate and find what I needed. Product purchased was of high quality and we suited for what I needed.
