I love that they know their customers, it's nice that they remember you. The selection in the store is wonderful, the bird food is merchandised in a way so that it's very easy for the customer to find what you are looking for. They are also VERY knowledgeable about what our feathered friends eat. Which is very helpful to me as a fledgling bird enthusiast!
