Friendly, congenial attitude of personnel. Although I am quite familiar with the products, I was pleasantly surprised to learn other quantities were available. Although there is a WBU in closer proximity to my residence, I will happily travel the distance to your Plaistow store.

I was able to call and place my order and pay online I knew the staff member, MaryAnn, and she was very accommodating and helpful. When I went to pickup my order, the owner Mike was outside and he immediately brought my order to my car. The staff are always very knowledeagable and helpful when I have any questions re: birds , seeds or feeders!
