The staff is so friendly, they are song term, and know you by face or name. Staff and owner is so knowledgeable about the products and make great recommendations. Such a great diversity of products and yard art! Unusual / special items

The knowledgeable staff...I asked for something and was told why, in theory, it was a good idea, but it was not an item that was recommended with very strong reasons why it was not sold there. I came away having learned something. I bought a few Christmas gifts while there (and some for myself 🙂).

I love the atmosphere of the store as well as how knowledgeable and friendly the staff is. Michael, the owner, has taught me a lot about this new hobby which I'm smitten with. I know that if there is a product regarding my birding interest that I'm interested in, the store will likely have it. As a member, I receive discounts and rewards which is also a bonus. I hope the store continues to do well and that more people will come to know and love birding and how important it is. It brings me much joy and I now have my mom and dad loving it too!

As usual we found shopping in this store very easy. ichael is very knowledgable and always has a good idea. The food that bis offered is the best that we've used. We've been customers since the store opened.
