I'm always greeted by friendly staff who are always able to answer any questions I may have about the birds i see in my yard or how to resolve feeding issues I may have.

The store staff knows the products well and can give specific and personal advice for the birds in our backyard and also can give general comments on the migratory patterns observed int he community. I enjoy the store, it is relaxing to shop there.

We have been customers of this WBU store in Plaistow for many years, probably close to when it opened. We find that the quality of the seed, feeders, and help from Mike and his staff is the reason why we return and have many birds and critters at our feeders. We love bird watching and the merchandise offered helps us to do this to the fullest.
