Every time I have visited the staff are consistently friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about birds and the products. I learn good tips about placing feeders for different species of birds, etc.

The employee at the Everett location was very friendly and knowledgeable. I wanted a birdfeeder and did not know where to begin. They were very helpful and I am satisfied with my purchase.

As usual, a very pleasant experience. Bird seed was in stock, check-out is very easy,and the always cheerful employee carried the seed to my car. I enjoy shopping at this store.
