The store employee was very helpful. There wasn't either kind of seed I wanted in stock but she knew when it would be and offered alternative recommendations.

We are fairly new to this watching bird thing. The staff lady was very helpful regarding the birds coming in our backyard and a pesky squirrel who tries to climb up the bird pole. She talked about the use of "hot" bird seeds and we did buy one to try it out.
