Great product Knowledge staff and location

The order shipped quickly and it was accurate. The first time I ordered online once Covid happened they sent the no melt suet instead of the regular suet- but that only happened once. It has been great ever since - the last two orders were totally accurate. When I had received the wrong suet with the first order - I just kept it but I called when I did the second order and the person I talked with said that shouldn't happen again and if it did to call and they would make it right. I haven't had to do that since the two orders after that were perfect. Thanks!

The employee Chanel was so welcoming, helpful, and knowledgable about everything that she showed me. She steered me in the right direction by asking questions about my needs and recommended the right products. It was a cheery place to be in, it was fun, super clean & organized & the fellow staff made efforts to introduce themselves & I loved the free bird seed. I came with my 3 children and they had a wonderful time discovering everything & was inspired to donate their earned allowance for the senior dog fund. Thank you.

The staff person was friendly, and knowledgeable. I spent a long time looking and asking questions. She was patient and helpful in my choice of all the Hummingbird feeding products I needed. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed shopping in that store.
