Speed and accuracy of delivery is always excellent, despite the fact I live far from one of your stores - on an island!

I love this store, especially during this time of social distancing. It gives me a much-needed vacation with people who have the same interests as me. I have always loved this store and the quality of their bird seed draws many birds that never came to our yard before we started using it. The only suggestion is that I would like to see more beautiful glass birdbaths like you used to have. I was all set to buy one with fish on it when the pandemic shut you down. There were also some beautiful concrete benches that I was dreaming about.

Great employees with good information.

Staff very knowledgeable about products and able to give first hand information about feeding birds. Loved the various gifts available, especially the wind chimes. Do wish there was a slightly broader selection of feeders and more books/pamphlets specific to northwest (you were out of the quick id guide for the pnw). Also, seed could be less expensive. But the staff did tell me about some coupons Otherwise, love the store and introduced a friend of mine to it.

I wanted to purchase a Woodstock wind chime in a specific musical scale. They had just the one I was looking for (Mindfulness/sz Medium) PLUS I used the 20% off coupon I found in the local paper. WIN!

Pleasant sales rep (Carmin?). She was concise, respectful and fully disclosed if we had a question she could not answer.

I like the products the store has to offer.

Birds love the finch mix bird food. Price about the same as what Fred Meyers carries. Prefer to do business with local companies.

The knowledge of the young lady helping us was remarkable! She was very helpful. I loved the kitty in the store also!
