The lady bugs I purchased on Tuesday afternoon spent the night in the garage refrigerator, which is stocked with only beverages, eggs, butter and cheese...No fruit or veggies to give off gasses. 5:00 am Wednesday morning, I woke up those sweet little ladies and brought them out to their new residence. They happily ate all of the aphids in our corn patch! I'm coming for more lady bugs today!
